Love Catalyst was well-structured and effective. Marie-Elizabeth poured so much love, care, and quality attention into both group and one-on-one time, and brought incredible presence into every interaction. As a result of the program I’ve shifted into a more intentional and organized space with self-care and work, and a lot of space for appreciation and care has opened between me and my partner.
